Shipping Costs and Times:
UK Standard Royal Mail: £4.50
EU Delivery: £7.00
International Delivery: £7.50
US Shipping – Delivered Duty Paid: £15.00
The production process is fully automated, and work begins within seconds of your order being placed. To receive your order, please allow up to 3 working days for production time + the estimated delivery times as below:
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 3–5 working days
- EU: 5–10 working days
- International: 10–20 working days
Returns Policy
Thanks so much for supporting our little shop! All our products are printed on demand using Erik’s own drawings, which means each item is made especially for you.
Made to order: Because every item is custom-printed, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or colour
Please check the size guide before ordering.
If something’s wrong: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, don’t worry — we’ll fix it!
Just contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the problem. We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations: The factory gets to work on orders in the seconds after the order has been made, which makes cancelling orders not possible.
Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your order hasn’t arrived, let us know and we’ll investigate and resolve it for you.
Sometimes parcels can take a little longer than expected. Couriers ask that we allow the following timeframes after an order is marked as shipped:
- UK: up to 21 days
- EU: up to 28 days
- International: up to 35 days
In most cases, delayed parcels still arrive safely within these windows.
If the parcel still hasn’t arrived after the above period, please contact us with your order number to arrange a replacement to be sent out.
